Problem
Frontline workers faced increased workload, stress, and psychological pressure during the COVID-19 pandemic, but structured data-driven analysis on work-life balance impact was limited.

Objective
Evaluate the pandemic’s impact on frontline workers by analyzing:

Work-life balance disruptions
Mental and physical stress factors
Job satisfaction and commitment levels
Organizational support effectiveness

What I Did?

Designed structured questionnaire covering work stress, workload, flexibility, and support factors
Collected 477+ valid survey responses from healthcare and essential workers
Performed statistical analysis including descriptive stats, regression, ANOVA, and chi-square tests
Analyzed demographic and occupational impact trends
