PLM Technical Consultant & Digital Manufacturing Specialist
Specialized in PLM — working across 3DEXPERIENCE, ENOVIA, and CATIA to configure enterprise engineering systems and digital manufacturing workflows. Now integrating AI/ML and Data Science to build smarter, data-driven solutions for the manufacturing world.
I started with mechanical engineering — the kind that involves blueprints, tolerances, and manufacturing floors. That foundation led me into Product Lifecycle Management, where I spent 2.5 years at Tata Technologies configuring ENOVIA workflows, structuring product data, and helping engineering teams actually use the systems built for them.
Now I'm layering data science and AI on top — not as a career pivot, but as a natural extension. PLM systems sit on enormous amounts of engineering data. The question that drives me is: what happens when you teach those systems to think?
Outside work: MS in AI/ML at Woolf University, 40+ platform certifications, and usually something being built in the background.
PLM and digital manufacturing platforms at the core — data and AI tools layered on top.
Things I'm building right now — side projects, ML experiments, and ideas at the intersection of engineering and AI.
A universal content-saving tool with AI-powered categorisation. Save anything — links, places, ideas — and let AI sort, tag, and surface it when you actually need it. Built for people with too many tabs and too little organisation.
Predict machine and equipment failure before it happens using sensor data. A Streamlit app that shows failure probability, time-to-failure estimates, and which sensor triggered the alert — built on NASA CMAPSS dataset.
Classify product images as defective or non-defective using a pre-trained vision model. Upload an image in Gradio and get instant defect classification with a confidence score — powered by ResNet / MobileNet transfer learning.
Open to PLM consulting opportunities, data and AI roles, and technical conversations around digital manufacturing. Currently exploring opportunities in Germany, UAE, UK, and Canada.
